Who are we?

Our Story

After starting his career as a research associate at University of Exeter, Dr Paneri joined Brunel University as a research fellow under Dr Harjit Singh. There, he gained first-hand expertise in the solar thermal powered applications. With this experience as its foundation, the Arktik Renewables team has taken an initiative to commercialise solar thermal concentrators for different industrial applications designed by Dr Harjit Singh. The developed solar thermal concentrators are next generation which can be modified to supply heat from low temperature to 300℃ for different industrial applications. One of the major sector where Arktik is focusing to supply solar thermal powered cold storages and driers for horticultural purpose.

Our Mission

Arktik Renewables helps in providing renewable powered applications for different industries. Our solution uses innovative renewable designs developed on case basis for clients demand and applications. We offer the most innovative ways to meet cooling and heating demand for industries

Our Mentor

Dr Harjit Singh

Dr Singh is a Senior Lecturer in Energy Engineering and Built Environment at Brunel University London (UK) where he has been an academic since 2011. His research focusses onto solar energy technologies, vacuum insulation panels and building/industrial/horticultural retrofit/new-build for improved energy efficiency with over >£25 million research funding as PI or Co-I and >70 peer reviewed publications in the area.  He has secured research funding from the UKRI (EPSRC), Newton Fund (UK-Egypt, UK-India), Innovate UK (Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Uganda), UKIERI-DST (UK-India), EU’s Horizon2020 and several industrial funders based in USA, Germany and the UK.
